SATSA Bonding
SATSA stands for the Southern African Tourism Services Association, which is a membership-based organization for businesses operating in the tourism industry in Southern Africa. One type of membership within SATSA is the SATSA Bonded Membership. This means that a company has met the necessary financial criteria and has been approved by SATSA to provide financial security to customers in the event of financial default. SATSA Bonded Members are required to lodge a bond, which is held by SATSA and is used to reimburse customers if the member fails to provide the service that has been paid for.
SATSA’s code of conduct is a set of ethical and professional standards that its members are expected to adhere to. The code of conduct is designed to ensure that SATSA members operate in a responsible and sustainable manner, while promoting the interests of the Southern African tourism industry.
