I have made use of Swift Kruger Shuttles before to travel between KMI airport and Hoedspruit. The shuttle was on time to collect me and dropoff at KMI left me plenty of time to catch my flight. Will be making use of this service again and can recommed it.

Absolutely outstanding transfer service from the airport. On time, great car, and wonderful conversation both ways. Every time we saw animals on the drive to our lodging, our driver would stop and told us about the animals we were seeing. Also, fantastic prices compared to the others!

The trips are always nice and well arranged. Very convenient for my daughter who is in boarding school in Pretoria. On Sunday 16 March 2025, we had planned to take the shuttle service from Bushveld Terrace in Phalaborwa but we ran a bit late and figuring we would delay the departure we decided to drive straight to the next pick-up point, still in Phalaborwa. Upon arrival the bus driver was clearly incensed and became very rude without at least trying to find out what really happened. I tried to explain but he was having none of it. While it is understandable to be firm, so you don't disrupt the trip and schedule for other passengers it is important to be a bit empathetic and treat others with dignity.

I’ve used Swift quite a few times now and can honestly say that it is my favourite way to travel to and from the family game reserve. All of the drivers are always happy, friendly and accommodating! I have also never not felt safe during the journey as the drivers know the roads like the back of their hands.

I had an excellent experience with SWIFT, they were right on time, friendly and professional.

The driver did not speed and informed us of relevant stops etc. The vehicle was also in great condition and clean. I will definitely make use of their service again.
